5.11.2003 7:10 PM \| Link	Two Bruce Willis movies in a row - what's wrong with me? Believe it or not, I never saw The Sixth Sense in the theater, and I found out the "big secret" soon after it was released. I decided to rent the DVD since so many of my pals loved the movie, and I'm glad I did. It really is a fine film, well done in every way, with a brilliant premise and plot. I'll admit that I would have enjoyed the experience ten times more if I hadn't already known what was going on, but it was still wonderful watching it and taking into account all the film making techniques used to pull it off. Once again, Bruce did an amazing job - I'm so glad he's moved past the Die Hard days. The emotion of the final scene is really touching, and I'm glad the director chose to go with that cut (rather than the sadder alternative ending also on the DVD). Labels: dvds
