10:13 PM | Link | Today is Mickey Mouse's 74th birthday (based on the day Steamboat Willie was released), and also the day that Lincoln delivered the Gettysburg Address. I think it's pretty cool that these events are the same day, since Lincoln was one of Walt's heroes (and the main reason behind the Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln attraction at Disneyland). |
