 I rented this one because it was one of those movies I've always heard about but never watched, and because Audrey Hepburn was so blasted beautiful. This is actually a fairly interesting mystery, though I was more interested in watching everyone smoke like crazy and look great in their clothes. This DVD is part of the Criterion Collection, which I have to recommend for being extremely high quality with excellent menus and additional features. The commentary track includes the director and writer arguing about the name of the French puppet theater where Punch and Judy was performed, while both of them ogle Audrey along with the rest of us.Labels: dvds |
